Ursula Lesic
- 2nd Year LEND Family Trainee
Ursula Lesic is a 2024-2025 Family Trainee with LEND (Leadership Education in Neuro/Developmental Disabilities) of Pittsburgh, a program affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
Ursula has over 20 years of experience as an organizational development consultant, coach, and educator and is also currently pursuing her M. S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has spent her professional career helping individuals and teams live into their leadership by helping them connect to their strengths and values.
Leaning into her personal practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation and what she has learned as a participant in the University of Pittsburgh’s Caregiver Advocacy Program has supported Ursula’s journey as a caregiver to multiple family members with special health care needs. As a Family Trainee with LEND, Ursula is continuing to further her knowledge in disability law, advocacy, support, and resources for families in need.
