Gabby Hong

Gabby Hong is a second-year master’s student in the Speech-Language Pathology program at the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from Lancaster, PA, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Studio Art. Her professional experience centers on working with children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including living and working in the L’Arche Greater Washington, D.C. community and serving as a Teacher’s Aide in an Autism Support classroom in Pittsburgh. As a graduate student, she has worked across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, pediatric feeding and swallowing, and early intervention settings. Gabby is a 2026-2027 LEND trainee, continuing to develop her advocacy and leadership skills to collaborate with individuals with IDD and their families.
